A discarded skateboard gets another life.
Bodied is an original analog collage built by hand on a recycled skateboard deck found at a skatepark.
Anatomical illustrations, medical imagery, fragmented bodies and hand-cut text are layered across the scarred shape of the board, turning the human body into a kind of visual diagram — pulled apart, reorganized and reconstructed from head to toe.
The original skateboard isn't hidden beneath the work. Its history remains part of the piece: something once ridden, discarded and found becomes the canvas for something entirely new.
